Students who wish to discontinue their studies are required to complete the University Leave Application Form that can be found through this link below:

Prior to submission, students must consult with their supervisor and inform the Biotechnology Research Institute (IPB) to ensure a smooth process. The completed application form should then be submitted to the Centre for Postgraduate Studies (CPS) for further action.
